The MadreMax® system applied to houses (up to four floors), takes advantage from the fact that all the walls are resistant, therefore distributing all the efforts and guaranteeing an absolute continuity of the materials, dimensional stability and a higher freedom in the design.
A house of this type allows a bigger flexibility of the framework, without cracks in the walls, resulting from the low structural weight and the distribution of loads, avoiding the accumulation points of the tensions.
All connections are bolted in order to avoid welding between the profiles and connection parts. Its high flexibility and low weight guarantee a higher seismic resistance against the conventional system.
